We process only the data you give us through partner registration and inquiry forms — so we can send samples, a price list and supply rolls. Nothing extra, no selling of data.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is FSE PPF — the official exclusive distributor of FSE PPF for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, stocked in Prague.

What data we process

We obtain data directly from you when you fill in the registration form (wholesale partnership request) or an inquiry and contact form (samples, questions).

Company name and identifiers — company ID, tax ID / VAT. We operate B2B, so this is primarily company data.

Contact person

The name of the person submitting the inquiry on behalf of the company.

Email and phone

The contact email and phone number we use to reply and agree terms.

Message content

The text of your inquiry or question — whatever you write to us in the note field.

Technical data

IP address and basic server records (hosting logs), necessary to run and secure the site.

Purpose and legal basis

Each purpose has its legal basis under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Handling your inquiry — sending samples and a price list, answering questions and other B2B communication.

    Legitimate interest / pre-contract steps — Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)

  • Partner registration and business cooperation — supply of rolls, orders and invoicing.

  • Accounting and compliance with tax and other statutory obligations.

04How long

Retention

We keep inquiry and contact data for as long as needed to handle it and for the duration of our legitimate interest in B2B communication; after that we delete or anonymise it.

Data from a partner business relationship is kept for the duration of the cooperation. Accounting and tax documents are kept for the periods required by law.

05Who we share with

Processors

We don't sell your personal data. We may pass it only to vetted processors who run the website and business operations for us, and only to the extent necessary.
