A pilot partner tests surface protection in buildings

Applicator: A studio working with FSE · Fit-out contractor · glass, steel and elevators in buildings

We're opening the buildings application with a limited number of partners. A pilot contractor is testing Nanotech window film and surface protection on glass, steel and elevators — we're looking for applicators for further pilot projects.

What the studio faced

In buildings the exposed surfaces wear fastest — glazing, stainless railings, elevator cabs. The contractor wanted a film they could apply to both glass and metal, one that also handles thermal comfort on glazing, without switching suppliers per surface.

What we deployed

For the pilot we deployed Nanotech window film (152 × 30 m roll) for tinting and thermal comfort on glazing, plus protective film on exposed steel and elevator cabs. We're deliberately scaling the buildings application carefully — every pilot partner gives us real install feedback that feeds the next rollout.

Result on the bench

The pilot contractor works with a single film line across glass and metal and feeds us findings from real installs. We're opening the buildings application further only with selected partners — if you apply film, get in touch.
